Hi! My name is Felicia & I am a U3 McGill student majoring in Psychology & Sociology. My buddy October is an awesome and simply extraordinary person & we always have unique adventures and great laughs. It is my first semester as VP Communication as well as my second year as a Beyond Me mentor. If you are looking for a way to have a great time and help others develop social, physical or human skills, Beyond Me is truly the place to go. Jaimi Plater

Hi everyone! My name is Jaimi Plater and I am your VP External. I am a U2 Political Science major with a double minor in Philosophy and Canadian Studies. I’m from Thunder Bay, Ontario and am very interested in Canadian politics and exploring the outdoors. My role as VP External consists of outreach with other university and community groups so that we can provide our buddies and mentors with cool events and great learning opportunities. I am very excited to be a part of the Beyond Me executive team!

Hi! My name is Charlotte, and I’m a U3 student in the Faculty of Arts majoring in Philosophy and Sociology with a minor in Psychology. I joined the Beyond Me organization as a mentor in 2019 and have served as VP Outreach since Winter 2020. Being involved as a mentor with Beyond Me means not only helping a child feel welcomed, it also means creating a long-lasting bond with them through games and endless fun. As VP Outreach, I help Beyond Me raise awareness about the special-needs community and collaborate with schools to pass our mandate along to potential mentees.

Hello! My name is Paige and I am this year’s VP finance trainee for Beyond Me. Despite things looking a little different this semester, I am looking forward to making this a fantastic experience for all of our mentors and mentees. And now, a little bit about me. I am a second-year physiology student at McGill, I grew up in Okotoks, Alberta, and my favorite activities are skiing, watching movies, and playing with my puppy!

Hey! My name is Gwyneth and I am a U3 student majoring in anatomy and cell biology with a minor in management. This is my second year as a mentor to my awesome buddy and I am super excited to be joining the exec team as your VP Events! I love working with children, and being a part of Beyond Me has been truly been one of the best experiences I have had at McGill. I look forward to planning fun events for all of our wonderful mentors and buddies. I can't wait to meet you at our events!

Hi everyone! My name is Anita, and I’m a U2 student majoring in Neuroscience. In my free time I enjoy skiing, reading, and of course, spending time with my Beyond Me buddy! I’ve been a mentor in the program for a year now, and it has been a highlight of my time at McGill so far. It’s a truly wonderful program that promotes long-lasting connections between its participants in the Montreal community. I’m really excited to be joining the exec team as VP Fundraising this year and planning some fun events for our mentors and buddies!

Hey! I’m Eda. I’m a U3 student at McGill. I’m majoring in Psychology and minoring in Behavioral Science and Marketing. I want to pursue my career as a Child Psychologist. I joined the Beyond Me team this year. Besides the great time I get to spend with my buddy, I’m very happy that now I’m in the executive team where I get the chance to reach out to more people. I’m looking forward to meet all of you!

Hi my name is Mariella, I am currently in my first year in McGill majoring in Psychology, U1, with plans to get into Clinical Psychology later on. I am a person who has a passion to help others whenever and wherever possible, which is one of the reasons why I decided to be part of Beyond Me. I also love spending time with my family, playing the piano, traveling, going out as well as doing outdoor activities.

Hey! My name is Claire and I am a second year student studying Cognitive Science and Religious Studies here at McGill! I was born and raised in Squamish B.C. meaning I love everything outdoors. I am so excited to be joining the BeyondMe executive team as this is my second year being apart of the club and I have already had so many wonderful adventures and experiences! I cannot wait to meet everyone and help buddies and mentors connect to create long-lasting friendships!

Hi! My name is Evelyn and I am a second year student studying International Development Studies and Sociology. I love to read, be outside (when there’s not too much snow), and take care of all my plants. I joined Beyond Me in 2021 and have had so much fun with my buddy and with everyone participating in the program. I’m so excited to be the VP Internal trainee this semester and help facilitate some awesome friendships between mentors and buddies!

Hi! My name is Ally and I am a U3 McGill student majoring in Psychology with a double minor in Behavioral Science and Art History. I joined Beyond Me as a mentor in 2021 and have not looked back since! My buddy and I love to take long walks and play her favorite game, Monopoly. I cherish our time together and she’s always the best part of my week. It is my first semester as VP external which consists of creating links with other organizations and to spread awareness through workshops. I can’t wait to see you at our workshops and to be a part of the Beyond Me exec team!

Hi! My name is Ana Sophia, but I usually go by Sophie. I am a U0 biomedical sciences student from Toronto. I enjoy running (I compete for McGill's varsity track and cross country teams) and listening to music. It is my first year with Beyond Me, and I am looking forward to helping Gwyneth plan this year's events!

Hi everyone! My name is Paige Murray and I am currently a U3 student at McGill University, studying Industrial and Labour Relations. I am from Toronto, Ontario and I love running, singing, dancing, exploring and being outdoors! I joined Beyond Me because I wanted to be a part of a group dedicated to ensuring that all children feel welcomed, accepted, and valued.
